Terms & Conditions
The following applies to any and all services provided by Rachel Fameree and Phoenix Small Animal Services LLC:
All clients must sign the waiver and release Form or known as WRF23 before services can begin. The waiver and release form must be signed in blue or black ink.
All clients must sign the individualized quote and/or contract before services can begin. Quotes/Contracts must be signed electronically or in blue or black ink and are usually made one week or greater than the start of services. Faster service may include a fee.
All clients must pay in full before services begin. Please see cancellation policy, deposit conditions and fees below.
Deposit
Non-refundable deposits are required on any and all services:
Boarding Services. One day of boarding services will be kept but will go toward a full invoice quote.
Pet Sitting Services. One day of sitting services will be kept but will go toward a full invoice quote. Up to 7 days of reservations per deposit.
Walking Services. No deposit will be needed for walking services as all walking services will be paid in full up front before services can begin.
Training Services. For training purposes, a $100.00 deposit will be collected upon signing a contract/quote. This deposit will go toward a full invoice quote.
These deposits will be accepted along with signed Quote/Contract and will be used to hold reservations for boarding services. Deposit must be received either through online payment or can be made by cash or credit card at scheduled introduction appointment where waiver form and quote can be signed; and individualized invoice can be drafted same day and sent within two business days.
Payments
Payments must be made by either online or in person using the POS system provided through Talech, INC.
Online payments are made through invoice. Links for individual invoices will be sent after either a signed or electronically signed quote has been received which can take up to two business days to receive the link.
Payments can be made in cash, but must be made at a scheduled time before the beginning of services and not accepted within 48 hours before the beginning of the reservation unless a 50% deposit has been made in advance. If Cash is given at the day of service an additional fee may be charged. If a Credit Card is charged on the day of service an additional fee may be charged.
If Payments are made by using a Credit Card through Talech POS system a service charge of 3% will be added to the total of the invoice and will be shown on receipt.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for any reason we deem inappropriate and/or against our rules of business and/or withholding us from performing services.
Clients may cancel their reservation at any time. Cancellation fee may be charged as deposit withheld or as entire invoice payment withheld depending on when a cancellation is made pertaining to service.
Cancellation fee will be the deposit withheld for most services. However, for Walking Services, it depends on how many services are canceled. For example, if only one service (30 minute walk) is canceled, it can be postponed to a later date to be used. Any other cancellations within the packet quote of walking services will be non-refundable. (For example, if Day 1 walk is canceled, then it can be postponed to a later date. If Day 2 is canceled, then it can not be postponed and is non-refundable for that day of service. If Day 3 is canceled, then it can not be postponed and is non-refundable for that day of service, and so on for Day 4, 5, 6, etc. for days that are canceled after the first time.)
We reserve the right to change or edit terms and conditions as we see fit or as it pertains to business growth.
